Pumpkin Spice Muffins (Gluten Free)

2 Eggs
1/4 C. Canola Oil
1/2 C. honey
1/4 C. yogurt or sour cream
1 C. mashed pumpkin
1 1/2 C. brown rice flour
1/4 C. corn flour
1/4 C. oat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C. raisins
1/2 C. nuts

Beat eggs well. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Bake 350' 20 minutes.
